My sweet poodle ate my wacom stylus (this is the fourth time now! Impressive!) So we went real literal with the sketching this month, good ol' graphite. Nina and bonus Rain because I love drawing dogs.   |

They're really great! I love Nina's sultry pose and how she's balancing the knife with her finger. Terrifying :'D. Rain is so cute in your style ;; love your dog art.

ahh! how did i just see this? xD
Nina looks amazing, her pose is very natural and hawt, and i love her pawpads. xD her expression is really what is grabbing me though, so intense and smoldering and intimidating. i love the angle of her head, how she's looking up from under her hair. and the hands have such great posing with the knives. yesss, i'm always happy to see Nina!! and omg, RAIN! she would totally have two tennis balls in her mouth at the same time, and that adorable expression of PLEASE THROW IT NOW is so familiar. you aced it, haha. it's so good to see art of her, she was such a great dog and you really captured her. she would get the silliest smile on her face when we'd play ball, haha. thank you liz!!

Oh YES. love the color choices as well! did you model the paw coverings after dog boots? They look great! The tail helmet didn't even look out of place to me, lol, it wasn't until i read Grinn's message that I went back and thought "OH YEAH! TAIL'S DON'T NEED HELMETS AT ALL!" What a clever way to show off her tail. Was it intentional to cuff her sleeves and pants with white to imitate poodle bracelets , like on a miami trim? I'm going to assume it was, because that is brilliant!

And yeah, I did kinda purposely make her suit cuffs white to look like poodle bracelets (I did not know they were called poodle bracelets, that's adorable). Glad you like it, I really went with fun/cartoony this time. xD |
