Woo, Inktober! Ok! This is the official thread for sign-ups and posting inktober stuff! I guess how it will work is... sign up here if you want to participate in the trade aspect of Inktober. Anyone who signs up will draw whatever everyone else who signed up requests, treating it as a prompt. I hope that makes sense, heh. So we won't be assigned anyone to anyone else, we will all just draw for everyone who signs up. :> I'll also edit this thread to include the prompts we decide on, probably! Prompt List in Progress:Newest OC(s) OC outfit swap Abandoned gas station Swallowtail Soothing touch costume zombie/undead ritual old instrument chains Nun Scarecrow Roller skates Wizard Teeth chibi versions of OC's with costumes! (as many as you want?) finish or develop an existing sketch do a study from life or photo redraw something old! fanart! draw with inspiration from a famous artist in a kigurumi of their favorite animal take a few random photos from an inspo folder and combine them somehow formal attire funeral attire outdoor/adventure gear novelty t-shirt clothing from another decade

ha, yeah!! i love that idea!! there's something really cozy and nostalgic about this drawing, too. u_u i may or may not be able to post the drawings every day, but i'll be doing them! my first one isn't really based on a prompt, it's just one of my OC's. but hey!! we have more days than prompts at the moment. xD Attachments:

These are great ( •̀ω•́ )و hell yes it begins!! I will post something tomorrow most likely but my plan is to be on a weekly schedule since my motivation can be a little all or nothing.
I was thinking since not a lot of people signed up for the sketch jam/trades thing maybe we could hold off on that until the last week and see if more people wanna hop on?

Hell yeeahhh!! I love both of those! Man the landscape on day 2 is really magical. For my day two I did the "Gastation Prompt", haha. Tried markers on paper. Not that happy with the results but it was still fun! It's the Poseidon Fuel station from Fallout New Vegas since there is a copy of that game in my soul. Attachments:

Ray- I like how you use markers a lot. It's very painterly ;;. Also you've reminded me I want to play Fallout someday. Sid- Cuuuute :3 Starfruit is getting influenced by the adventure I see.

yesss!!! we are doing it!! inktobering!! ahaha both of those drawings are of the most adorable things ive seen in a while. ;; also lovely goth butterfly! i ended up drawing Ellie yesterday which might not really fit into a prompt?? but i mean, it's ok. i feel like as long as we draw something it doesn't matter. right?! We ARE inktobering ;;
I've been multitasking working/streaming/drawing all day so I have no good words but everyone's art looks amazing.
Today I re-drew a doodle from 2015 with different characters and semi-better artwork xD I will refine it more when I don't have a headache. I don't know what made me think of this in particular but I just rolled with it.

Family vacation I didn't want to go on lol. I think the beach was literally called the sands. It's very popular for finding shark teeth. I found one almost immediately and got too excited and didn't put on sunscreen properly and still have the UGLIEST tan lmao

I did a bunch of drawings today but I don't know if any of them are the one. I will think about whether to use one for inktober or make two tomorrow.
